Art Therapy for NDIS
We are an NDIS provider and assist both plan-managed and self-managed participants. We can offer those living with a disability or mental health condition a way to explore and learn tools to help them better cope with the challenges of everyday life.
Art therapy is a creative process that can help you to express yourself, focus your emotions and help you deal with stress and relax. It’s also a way to learn new tools and skills to incorporate into your everyday life to improve the quality of your emotional well-being.
