Karin Mead – Creative Art Therapist
When you find it hard to find the words, art therapy can give you the tools you need to heal, using your hands and creativity.
Creative Art Therapy uses a range of multi-media art forms, such as pens, pencils, paint, clay and other expressive art forms, in a guided psychotherapy/counselling session that helps you explore your feelings, state of mind, and experiences and find a path forward to a state of well-being.
We provide private art therapy sessions for tweens and up (from 10 years and older) and those with Special Needs.
